But when I call, the call is not transfert.
When I connect into a gkclient, I don't see a GK Parent register in. Please help me. The information seems to be too inadequate.
Did you check the trace prompts on both the GKs? What softphone / ipphone are you using?

This usually occurs if the connection to you database backend goes down for whatever reason. Make sure if you need to restart the database that you also reload the gatekeeper. Hi, som database client libraries automatically do that, but not all. (I'm pretty sure older mysqlclient libs did.)
